Complaining!

When we complain about things in our church family, is it because things aren't the way they should be, or is it because we don't want to have to do things that inconvenience us? Being inconvenienced is a part of our lives in our world and we complain, but the things of the church have been thought out and planned for the good of the church and those who are thinking of becoming a part of our spiritual family. It isn't about the individual, but the whole. Are you a part of the whole or an individual who puts their desires first.

From all I can find, when we seek our desires over the needs of our church family we make our family dysfunctional. I don't think God wants any church family to be dysfunctional.
